  • 1.This Agreement is between your Company and Deckorder Pty Ltd (ABN 40 647 519 275) (You) relates to your Company’s participation in our subscription known as “Deckorder”
  • 2.Deckorder is a 12-month subscription. Payments must be made at the beginning of each calendar month. There are no cancellations hold-periods or refunds during this time. Should your credit card expire, you will be required to supply new details that will take you up to the end of the agreed payment period. We reserve the right to suspend your access to the subscription until your payments are up to date.
  • 3. You will not get charged any fees until your company has submitted 3 quotes. After 3 quotes have been submitted you will be required to select a subscription plan to continue using the site. Your subscription will start and the funds will be withdrawn from your account at the beginning of the next calendar month.
  • 4. During this initial 12 month period we reserve the right to assess individual memberships in cases of extenuating and or extraordinary circumstances and if an early termination of membership is agreed upon by both parties in writing, a contract exit fee of $590 will be charged and payable to Deckorder Pty Ltd within 7 days.
  • 5. After your first 12-months, your membership will automatically renew and continue until it is cancelled.
  • 6. Should you at anytime wish to upgrade your membership from Silver to Gold, please request on the website under the ‘My Plan’ tab and send an email notifying us. Once received we will make the necessary administration and account changes. From there you will be emailed a confirmation letter that will include access details to all Deckorder Gold privileges. You are also able to downgrade from Gold to Silver, as long as you have maintained the Gold level for 3 months. If paid in full, you will be awarded credit for the price difference and can be used for future months Deckorder Membership.
  • 7. To further support you, other branches/locations of your Head Company with the same Company Store name are able to join Deckorder at the same membership level as you and take advantage of a special discounted rate. The discount is equal to 15% off the Gold investment, or 10% off the Silver investment. To qualify, proof of a Branch relationship must be supplied by sending an email to us with the Branch details including a contact name, phone number and email address. This discount doesn’t apply to family/life-partners in separate businesses.
  • 8. After your first 12-months of membership, if necessary you may downgrade, suspend for a short period or cancel. Simply send us an email 14-days prior to your next payment date. By doing so we can ensure no further charges take place. You will then be contacted to confirm this action and your login details for deckorder.com.au will be suspended at the end of your payment cycle. Returning members acknowledge it is a minimum 3 month commitment
  • 9. We reserve the right to revise this Agreement and revise Deckorder’s content,or to make other changes to Deckorder as reasonably required over time. Latest terms are available on our site.
  • 10. No representations or warranties are made with respect to the results to be obtained from participating in Deckorder.
  • 11. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia.
